Shipping & FAQ

1) When will I receive my order?

All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The order is processed which may take an additional 2–4 days. After processing, there is an estimated 7-14 day shipping time from our fulfillment center to your address. Confirmation and tracking emails are also sent to the email address associated with the order so as to keep you updated on delivery status. 

2) When will I receive my tracking number?

A confirmation email is immediately sent to the email address used at the time of the order. Once our fulfillment center provides a tracking number, a tracking email is also sent to that email address along with a webpage link to check your delivery's status.

It takes approximately 3-5 business days for tracking information to become available. In the event you do not receive a tracking email, please utilize the "Contact Us" link on our homepage or send an email to edictionsessential@gmail.com along with the contact information used at the time of purchase. 

3) How can I track my order?

Our tracking email will include the tracking number of your delivery along with the webpage link in which you may enter said number to receive update on the status of your order.

4) How do I cancel my order?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, it is imperative that you email edictionsessential@gmail.com along with the relevant contact information within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Confirmation requests made beyond the 24 hour frame cannot be honored.

5) How can I request a refund or return?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
All approved refunds and returns will have payment reversed promptly after approval.
